- Direct communication
- Address repair and maintenance requests
- Submit and retain important request forms
- Data usable for tax purposes
- Phase 1 is implemented and would be presented: Creating and reading of properties, landlords and tenants data

- Create requests such as repairs and end-of-tenancy
